The main objective of the intervention is to have a relationship with the urban landscape and achieve an open view from any point of the office, in this way we focus on minimizing the impact on the use of walls and maximizing the use of translucent elements such as glass.

Zurich central de arrendamientos is a tailored made office, its 180 sq ft were optimized to the limit in terms of space, esthetic, and functionality.

We took the logo production and installation at its current location, as well as the facilities remodeling.

The project consisted of work design and execution.  The furniture supply reflects their growth and progress during their further activities in Colombia as long as they are performing as one of the most important Insurance companies with constant growth worldwide.

For more than three consecutive years we have carried out development and growth activities for their offices nationwide.  We started from scratch making their corporate image and facilities design.
