KIA - HOTEL was a project developed because of the day-to-day professionals need who usually travel from their headquarters to train technicians and some other professionals in the Colombian region, and also seeking to optimize their accommodation fees in the capital city.  This way, the project premise was to offer the user a lodging with similar features to those that a hotel could offer, a comfortable bathroom with the finishes that any hotel in the sector could have, adequate lighting, comfortable furniture, a desk space, and sunblock curtains. The most important thing was to get the goal of 3 rooms in a space that was in disuse in the workshop building, to transform it and make it comfortable.

Inc. Arquitectura y Construcción was responsible for supplying absolutely everything, from design, civil works, connections, and furniture, seeking for a greater economy and a tight budget without losing the features that identify the space of a hotel with its comforts.
