In the course of technological and cultural evolution, we have witnessed the changes and needs that have been generated in the workspaces, the basic needs for employees "either at home or office" which is an impulse to achieve Goals and achievements proposed by the company or organization, the more efficient the work, the speed and quality of the results will be reflected.

There are several concepts in trend of offices, but one of the most important is the customization of spaces, going from the architectures and aesthetics already known in all companies with white, gray and common chairs, to move to spaces where there is a better interaction between employees, fluidity and comfort at work, with bright colors and adding a personal touch of organizational identity, which reflects the values, command structure and characteristics of the company.

The new work models optimize entrepreneurship and connectivity, making the face-to-face experience of collaborators more pleasant, among the new models we can find concepts such as: multi-generational spaces, a space where different generations can coexist, from the most veteran and wisest of the company, even the newest, which in this case would be the millennials, a space that facilitates the exchange of talents and knowledge.

We can also add an important concept to the open space that certain companies propose for their equality (coworking), which would be the plug and work, isolated jobs for moments of concentration, silence or calls in which total discretion is required, enabled to any user, without any kind of preferences or academic importance. The incorporation of informal spaces, which dissolves the term "office" a bit, giving comfort and breaking the border between home-work, less paperwork, less clutter, more visual rest and that nature is a product added to the fluidity of the space.
